Agreement to Terms

Services

Miramar AC Repair provides air conditioning repair, installation, maintenance, and related services to residential and commercial customers. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Scheduling and Appointments

When scheduling a service appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and location information
• Be present or have an authorized representative present during the scheduled service time
• Provide reasonable access to the areas requiring service
• Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, cash, and checks.

For installation projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. All prices are subject to change without notice until a formal estimate is provided.

Warranties and Guarantees

We provide warranties on parts and labor as specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts as provided by the manufacturer. Our workmanship is guaranteed as specified in your service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miramar AC Repair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
